 Proof of current rabies vaccination is required- either upload rabies when completing the form or bring in a paper copy to your dog's 1st appointment.



Please note:

We have a 24hr cancellation policy. A $15 fee will apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24hr notice or for no-shows.
